Elisabeth Millsap, our Customer Support Engineer, prioritizes your success. Whether you need her assistance during the installation of your new OLIS or for training a new student or for diagnosing a potential problem with your instrument, she will work with you to complete resolution that you are both satisfied with.  A native of Sweden and a graduate of Halmstad and Hanze Universities, Elisabeth has been in the US for over 20 years and joined OLIS in 2011. You and we won’t find a more capable and supportive technical support engineer anywhere! She’s fabulous . .. You are in very good hands.
